Ingredients:
Paysan Breton Sea Salt whipped cream cheese
4 slices of smoked salmon
4 slices of sourdough bread
1 red onion
½ cucumber
capers
1 lime
dill

1. Slice the cucumber into matchsticks and finely slice the onion.
2. Lightly toast the bread. Then spread with the cream cheese.
3. Arrange the pieces of smoked salmon on top of the cheese. Add the cucumber sticks,  the slices of red onion, the capers, a squeeze of lime and dill.
